Interior Basement Water Control
At Adelio’s Contracting we always encourage exterior basement waterproofing in Cleveland when it’s possible. We realize that this solution doesn’t fit everyone’s budget or property, and some situations make exterior waterproofing very difficult, or impossible. Due to that, we also offer interior basement water control solutions.
- Concrete Removal: Adelio’s crew will jackhammer and remove approximately 8-12 inches of concrete and soil around the perimeter of the foundation walls where piping is needed.
- Sump Pump Install: Install new sump pump pit & sump pump. If you have an existing one, we could tie our system into it.
- Drainage Install: Install perforated drainage pipe into the trench and connect it to the new sump pump pit.
- Televise: Televise the downspout and main storm sewer to make sure everything is draining correctly away from the property.
- Fill: Backfill the trench with gravel to gain maximum drainage to the drain tile piping. to the tile.
- Wall Paneling: Install FRP paneling on the interior foundation walls.
- Concrete Install: Adelio’s crew will pour concrete back where it was removed to restore it to the original level.
- Optional: Install a backup battery and backup sump pump in case of pump or power failure.
- Warranty: Limited Lifetime warranty on workmanship of the pipe installation.
